Greco Screamin 82 History
These were the entry level pickups found in Greco Les Paul when the Mint Collection arrives in 1982, signalling an end to the Maxon pickups.
Fujigen took over manufacturing of pickups after Maxon was phased out in 1982.
As such the Maxon U1000 disappears from the line up. Check out our tone test on the Greco Maxon U1000
Screamin pickups utilised ceramic magnets and had a resistance somewhere around the 7.65k
